The UN commitment came after a call from Somali Prime Minister Nur Hassan Hussein urged Somali politicians to "do their utmost" with the support from the United Nations.

According to Somalia's Charter, the constitution-making process must be completed within the next six months.

The UN Political Office for Somalia said the world body will complement the work of the Transitional Federal Government of Somalia and other Somali groups to promote reconciliation.

On the humanitarian front, the United Nations reported that attacks on aid workers including murders and kidnappings are on the rise, particularly in central and southern Somalia, hindering relief operations.

So far this year 12 aid workers have been killed in the country.

Well understand my words and obey it, We should use by any means to exterminate all, whether they call themselves "white cows", "the impoverished", "the descendents of the Camels", and those ignorant ones who call themselves the Maize and Beans in Southern Somalia. We will not allow terrorists flourish in this land, and finally we will crush those in the break-away region on our front-yard as the enemy of the federal states, and put them on trial as separatist criminals in a courts of law, with judges we appointed among yourselves that the whole Somalis who survive from my wrath can learn from it. There will be no turning back, The Southern Jubbas will be united with Puntland, The Marehans will either unite with us as family, or they will be treated as the rest of Galgaduud natives and lose Gedo as actuality as those who lost it yesterday.

The Somali-Maay Population say; "it is unfortunate if the UN fall for the repetitive lies from their dirty mouths, and their blood-stained hands expressions" trying to convince us, it meant only good for the interest of the Somalis; when in reality are intended to those so-called central Somalis who can carry the guns, or can sign contract deals with the UN contribution donors, while the rest is been described either dead, insignificant or half alive as you were informed by the Somali Government and the Opposition parties; and surprisingly no one found odd, when this is the only thing they all agree upon when it comes to Somali affairs, especially to this particular matter!

But for the matter of victims such as Sister Leonella and those whom she used to help........  Mahatma Gandhi once said a quote that applies to them and more convincing than the whole constitution the UN drafting for the Warlord government; ". for those who reflect it is a better to read a persuasive truth from an honest wise man who defeated the Once great Britain without shooting a bullet...."
