State Department spokesman; Sean McCormack told to the reporters on Friday, 11th, July 2008; "Our skepticism regarding the function of the UN Council on Human Rights in terms of fulfilling its mandate and its mission is well known. It has a rather pathetic record," that we agree to this point, even though the United States of America itself when conveniently uses the UN as tool it appreciates, especially in the case of Somalia, recognizing a warlord government and justifying their crimes; as terrorist fighters, when in reality those whose actions are nothing but cowardly terrorist attacks on an unarmed civilians that are no difference than those of their own they are trying to protect by even launching pre-emptive wars against countries they suspect harboring terror.

And again we live in a jungle world that doesn’t exist law and order and never mind the UN sanctioning what’s a threat to the security of member state, and not considered violation to a member state its people massacred under their watch is creditable enough anything you see recently in our ever shrinking global village as an ultimate abuse by world powers furthering even to an unwavering support in Somalia for the morally bankrupt Somali warlord government that is indeed, gone well in terms of destabilization, man made-droughts, an spiraling inflation caused the UN approved warlords printing their own counterfeit monies, declaring any damage they cause under their own terms, while massive well planned displacement underway more than ever against the unarmed communities by the invading forces from central and Northeastern Somalia.

The so-called world powers whose functions are mysterious and confusion to the average Somalis are realizing more and more, the UNSC don’t have to report to any one, or follow any kind of laws set by any one including themselves and the Creator whose existence is been swept under the carpet by secularism scheme. Their actions doesn’t have to be justified for anyone, as their move under the guise of the War on terror sounds good on their media outlets, now seemingly intent to raise the bar of aggression by permitting the Somali warlords, ‘a known terrorist groups’ whose specialty are preparing the recipe for disaster to be legitimized in order to spark more fires that's “echoing shocks of death, destruction" and disastrous everyday,  reverberating throughout the southern Somalia that generations to come may remember, an area that’s far away from the warlords homelands.

It is the blessing and the green light given by The United Nations that clearly indicates; its inaction from day one was ‘the yes nod to go ahead. The warlords understood that, and spared no effort to fail or limit their approved misdemeanor acts rather than calling ‘crimes’, and continued the atrocities over the years against the civilians, while receiving regular finance from the west and Arabia, and weaponry from Ethiopia emboldened those criminals until dividing themselves on weekly basis to a different new groups, switching loyalties, changing names, changing sides, till the direct involvement by the United States introducing dollars full in briefcases to any warlord that joins; ‘a warlord coalition under the banner of terror fighters in 2005’.

I was in Mogadishu at the time watching and learning and paying extortion monies to the warlords who was in control most of Mogadishu, including my area. The so-called Islamic courts was not more than a small group chasing around kids watching Indian movies in the neighborhood run by their tribesmen who are the only ones dare to have a TV set and video in their homes, while some others working as freelancers to protect and confiscate properties for the Hawiye merchants who practice take a small loan now, so I can own your home tomorrow by gun point, an offer no one dares to refuse.

As soon as the United States introducing the dollars in the briefcases shared up by the warlords, the price of the machine-guns, hand grenades, Chinese SAM and ammunition went up in Bakara Market, tensions became high, those guilty of crimes and those self-made sheikhs from lower shabelle, looted and enriched themselves from land confiscation, and the petro-dollars from Arabia by their former leader Abdiqasim Salad Hassan, the president of Arta group franchised to use the Union of Islamic Courts name and taken over Mogadishu and most of southern Somalia within a month with hundreds of civilians dying between the two evil forces, their secret was not that sophisticated except by looting one of the richest region in Somalia, and well paid their militias, while brain washing them with false promises and immunity from any crimes they commit except theft of weaponary from Indha Cadde group.

As usual, a small hill is been made out of huge mountain and introduced as the giant Islamists that can endanger whole of Africa, Europe and the United States of America.
President Abdullahi Yusuf was in small business transaction with those groups providing them counterfeit Somali shillings to those groups for years in discounted retail price, and paid his way to the top by buying the greedy Hawiye groups in Nairobi to select him as the president of TFG. The dirty scheme was not palatable to anyone USA to recognize his government. But thanks to the efforts made by all those young relatives of the president whom he appointed as Somali envoys to all Somali embassies and consulates all over  the world even before securing the recognition.

They were at the time in the hundreds from close relatives in between Eldoret and Nairobi, Kenya, enjoying free food, free Hotels all paying by the UN, in the name of "Somali Peace and reconciliation Conference". They have done a marvelous work, with their western passports lobbying for him, writing proposals and plans for their ailing uncle who just defeated his opposition group by shelling with artillery guns from Ethiopia, killing hundreds from his opponents, and civilians, by rejecting the outcome from the election ballot in his own homeland Puntland-Majertenia that was designed and expected to win only by him.

The warlord of chaos, President Abdullahi Yusuf was begging the United States of America representatives to recognize him, ill-advising them the consequences to ignore him will be dire to their securities, while the USA making deals with his warlord cabinet ministers who should be obedient to him and ate his cash. He knew he was from a weak group that the Hawiye group could eat him and his group as breakfast, but was still counting to hide behind the Ethiopian forces that fully supported him to be their man in Mogadishu. The new Union Islamic Courts that was encouraged and created by the USA made it possible to revive President Yusuf to become their man in Somalia and turned the table the other way around.

This made it possible the new face of TFG recognized by the UN, and introduced by the USA and European Union negotiating and recognizing separately those perpetrators as the lawmakers of the land, by following what seems to be the guidelines of the Italian colony to create unfair and unequal conditions for all parties that are competing who should inherit the spoils from the deprived unarmed population, and those who survive among them in order to prolong their sufferings and destabilize the whole country further by further interventions coming soon to wreak broadened havoc that will be in charge by uniting the two aggressors from the same neighborhood.

the negativity promotion surrounding the so-called UN considering the warlord's interests noted as vital to their victims may be imposed by the barrel of the artillery guns from the warlords, and the spoils from the refugee camps that generates its 40/60 split may continue for a while and will still create conflicts, but it will always remain unconvincing and hard to explain to anyone alive or in the future its wisdom. Again, who’s looking for Peace through the full truth about this well designed war-crimes those harboring evil and inhuman in Somalia intentionally concluded to fully support the warlords to become lawmaker will always be unacceptable, non-binding and not obliged the Somalis to accept this immoral and outrageous acts, and due to overwhelming the Somalis see eye to eye; ‘these actions are intentional that this nation never to settle in peace”. If this is not true, still it will remain a true-like facts thousands of Somalis lost their lives because of it.

It is about time that the Somalis to pull the dirty old rug from their homes and those such as The imposed president of TFG targeting them, and those under his command; especially The Puntland militias assisting by the Ethiopians stepping up their campaign against the civilian infrastructure in the occupied Mogadishu and southern Somalia Maayland, shutting down almost all the schools they never had, committing most of the violation should speak up and find a way to stop those crimes against them, be cleared as a reality, and the so-called government’s actions are nothing but cowardly terrorist attacks the international community should know about, and put themselves in the shoes of Somali Maay Population and its like victims.

The true history books are yet to be written, The Maay population and all the rest of Hawiye and Darod victims should find a way to restore their confidence, to become united and forcing to withdraw central and Northeastern gangs from Southern Somalia, and decide their own fate to free themselves from the clutches of those camel-raiding gangs modernized themselves from knife wielding to rifle shooting. Because, freedom as its known to its nature was always an expensive commodity that has to be paid by sweat and blood that previously paid by their ancestors before the colonial powers landed into this country of yours and later the Italians handing them over the steering wheel by unqualified drivers that let everyone on the train forced to fall over the cliff, except the Somalilanders who jumped from the train in the middle of the disaster with extensive injures and scars on their body.

Fortunately today they are alive and in stable condition, but still in hospital extensive care unit, recovering from the pains that 've caused by Hawiye and Darod. Surely they will recover from it, no matter how long it takes those wounds will heal even though it will remain visible, but a good advice from a Somali-Maay sister that admires your courage is saying; 'Do not ever come back to these werewolves' in your neighboring east corner where the legalized pirates are conducting their businesses. Once the great Mahatma Gandhi said; if I have to choose between cowardice and violence, I will choose violence”. A lesson the Somali Maay population should learn from.
